Sketch of Pinkie Pie for 2008 MLP:FiM pitch bible. With wings, I had thought that Pinkie standard position would be upside down more often than not. It seems to me that she would think that was funny, and I liked the silly visual of her flying forward perpendicular to the ground.

Funny! I guess I prefer Pinkie Pie to be an Earth Pony, because it makes her impossible antics all the more funnier. But that's just me, Pinkie looks good either way!

This makes me sad that pinkie pie (surprise) didn't keep her wings. It seems like there could have been more gags that do with her movement, more like a Derpy-type character.
