other stuff I doFINALLY! It's been a long time, but for those wondering what I've been doing all these months that I haven't been posting any new art, I have something to share.

The Reputation of Bronies- EDIT- Derpy Hooves[EDIT]
I made this blog originally BEFORE I had caught wind of the whole Derpy fiasco that's been going on. I'm a bit slow like that, with my lack of internet. But what I've seen this morning has caused me to NEED to bring this issue up with all of you, so please read this and take it as seriously as you took the previous one.
First of all, what I would like to point out from the previous post is that a lot of people were surprised, some even disbelieving, that bronies were trolling each other. Well, I'm here to show you some of the nasties that I've seen. I will only show you a link to ONE case, but know there are many more.
Someone showed me a deviant who had been brutally harassed by FiM bronies, because she was friends with an animator of the G1 MLP show. This animator was also brutally assaulted verbally, with threats on his life from hysterical bronies who hate the G1 show. Now, obviously, not everyone is like this. Q:  How can I get a job in animation?
The absolute best thing you can do to get into animation as a career is to go to art school.  Not only will you learn how to draw and how to SEE, you will meet people, students and teachers alike, who will give you new perspectives and will likely be the sources of your future jobs. I deeply apologize that it has taken so long for us to make announcements regarding Zutara Week 2012. I recently graduated, and as it was my last quarter, things were...hectic, to say the least.
As you know, neither trishna87 nor myself will be running it this year.
But we have found replacements!
*Pugletz and =Lyndez have both agreed to run the week this year, and hopefully even years to come.
I'm handing it all over to them, so I'm sure they will be making announcements on here shortly in terms of dates, prompts, and the like.

In desperate need of Moderators!In case you guys haven't noticed, a lot of our mods have either been trolls who have been intentionally messing up the voting system, or just dropping off the face of the planet like flies.
So I'm asking you, the members- Would any of you have the spare time to be moderators?
Here's what you need to do:
-Send a note to me, =Wooden-Flashlight, with the title "Moderator Application".
-In the note, express how you feel you would be a good moderator for the group.
That's all! I'll hand pick everyone myself and I'll be sure to ask everyone the proper questions. You'll be given proper "training" by myself, the co-founders and other mods, and then everything should fall into place.
Just note that you'll be getting probably around 200 messages in the group a day.
In addition, we REALLY REALLY need people to read fanfictions, so please if you know anyone or are one yourself who's up to that, PUT IN!

Updates and Clearing Things UpThere has been some issues recently regarding the Maturity Standard of this group. Allow me to elaborate what's been going on.
As many of you know, I made a blog asking for new moderators. In it, I expressed that many of the mods had been trolls. Here is what I meant by that.
Several of my moderators had been intentionally letting in mature things into the gallery, to troll. I fired everyone I caught doing it, and that cut down my mods by over half. Now, we've been trying to go in and remove everything that they allowed in, but sometimes we just can't find them. Which is where you come in.
If you find a mature deviation in our group folders, please let us know. Especially, the folder and page you found it on. We will remove it instantly.
I would like to thank everyone who's pointed things out to us, and things that we haven't removed, it's just because we haven't found them yet. But we will. Sadly we cannot remove them on the deviation's page, we must find them in the group.

The Game:
The topic of this one is horror/thriller. Create something MLP with your OC, of cannon character(s), or of both revolving around a horror or thriller video game. Some examples of horror or thriller games: Dead Space, Slenderman, Amnesia, Penumbra, Alan Wake, The Walking Dead, and Resident Evil. You do not have to use those examples, but just make sure that you are using a horror or thriller game. The only requirement is that it has to be horror or thriller (and the Rules) but other than that, you are free to use your imagination on this one.

BEST NIGHT EVER!I just got home from the best night of my life so far! And it is going to take a lot to top tonight off! The concert was AMAZING! I havent had that much fun in years! i got a ton of souvenirs and had a blast! The BEST part of the night was that i got to see Chris Martin some time after the concert and he signed my shirt! He came out to a group of fans that were waiting outside of the stadium and i happened to be in that group

DC Nation begins tomorrow morning at 10 am on Cartoon Network! I really encourage everyone to check out ALL the DC Nation shorts. This program from Warner Bros. and DC offered a really great opportunity for artists, giving creators unprecedented freedom to do their own take on these classic characters. It's a refreshing creative agenda and one that really deserves support.

Awesome, gonna check it out. Glad you got the chance to work with them on the shorts. They artist who did the one for Plastic man and Animal Man were awesome XD. I still get a kick out of Animal Man's intro and his epic rescue of a cow.
