This Thursday, April 5, Bento Box will be hosting a silent art auction at the Animation Guild in Burbank CA to benefit storyboard artist Joey Adams and his family. I do not yet have the pleasure of knowing Joey, but the Los Angeles animation community is really rallying around him and his family's current crisis trying to save the life of one of their little boys--- only a couple years after tragically losing their 16-month-old daughter to a similar condition. Help the Bronycon Documentary
Many of you My Little Pony fans may have heard the amazing news that John de Lancie, who played the infamous Q on Star Trek: The Next Generation, and who I was so honored to have play the villain Discord for MLP:FiM, has announced that he will be Executive Producing a documentary about Bronies and Bronycon.
The new news is that Tara Strong (voice of Twilight Sparkle) and I have been brought on board as Executive Producers, as well. And to make this documentary as amazing as possible, we are reaching out to raise even more money for film on our Kickstarter page. Please see the official announcement below:

Time for a GOTF "Casting Call"!Hi everybody!
I have a treat for you all today; I need cameos of YOUR Sonic fancharacters for a very special GOTF story I'm working on! It's a gift for you all, so what better way to make it special besides letting my readers play a role?
If you'd like a chance to see your characters in the comic, all you need to do is post a comment on this journal with a link to an image of your character.
There are some do's and don'ts though, because of the nature of the comic/scene:
DO'S:
-Give me characters with winter outfits! This is a Christmas-themed story. If your character dosen't have one that's okay, I'll probably modify their existing costume.
-Couples, teams, and families are great!
-Humans are GREAT, and so are Anthros or humans with tails/animal ears. If you have a photo of yourself, that's a valid entry. I might draw a likeness of you into the comic! (I still want Sonic OCs though, of course)
-Color images are preferable!
DON'TS:
-No mythical creatures
-No main character l

sad stuff is sad.......On Saturday I was at the mall with Nova, Cassandra*, Janna, and a whole lot of other friends. It was so sad because it was the last weekend that Nova will live in the same city as the rest of us. same STATE for that matter. I don't know what the heck it is going to be like once we can't see her the way we do now. I realize that there are people in the world far less fortunate than me, but I can't help but feel sorry for myself and the rest of team free, plus team free extended (friends who are not actually in team free, but rule, ever the same).
