Milky Way 2.0 face detail

Brand new one-of-a-kind face for Milky!! Found some nifty craft paint that's all pearlescent for her eye shadow, and put a glaze of glitter over the stars in her eyes, and on her lips. Earrings this time around are shiny satin, plus added some blue stripes into her ribbon hair and tied up in pig tails--- which is harder than it sounds because I had to sew the ribbons onto her head in a much more complicated pattern.
